      A:  Free Avila Beach Trolly pick-up & drop-off is right around the corner.
Q:  Are restaurants near-by?
      A:  Best fine dining in the County is just a few blocks away; on Shell Bch. Rd.
Q:  Stores and/or shops close?
      A:  Shell Beach frontage road has lots of stores & shops; all within walking distance.
Q:  Is a laundry mat/cleaners nearby?
      A:  Yes, there's a laundry mat & cleaners; down the street a few blocks.
Q:  How much Security Deposit for us?
      A:  Depends on family size, background & credit check; ranges from $5,000 to $6,000 and fully refundable.
Q: What do I need to do for viewing or showing of your units?
      A: Fill out Form #1 with refundable Holding Deposit, Form #2 & you'll need Form #3 for all adults over 18 yrs of age.
Q:  Who do we contact for problems with unit or need something fixed?
      A:  We explain during move-in & if you need additional forms with instructions, they're on web site under Rental Forms.
